Our story

Roomi didn't start as a business. It started as a habit — showing up in spaces that weren't ours and making them feel like home. The cart is just the most honest version of that instinct.

We make room for the moment.

Roomi started with a simple belief — that great coffee is one of the easiest ways to make any room feel like it was meant for you. We built the cart around that idea. Not just to serve drinks, but to anchor the room, create a natural gathering point, and give every guest something worth pausing for.

We're a team of baristas, event people, and genuine hospitality obsessives. We've worked weddings and farmers markets, corporate boardrooms and neighborhood block parties. Every event teaches us something new about what it means to show up for people.

The name says it all. A roomie is someone who makes a space feel lived-in and welcoming. That's what we try to be — for the day, for the room, for every cup.

The details are everything.

Every syrup is made in-house. Every drink is garnished with intention. We notice the small things because your guests will feel them even if they can't name them. That attention is what separates a memorable event from a forgettable one.

Hospitality first, coffee second.

We're not just baristas. We're the first people your guests interact with at the cart, and the last thing they remember when they leave. We take that seriously. Warm, unhurried, present — that's the standard we hold ourselves to.

We show up ready.

Every booking includes everything — the cart, the equipment, the barista, the syrups, the cups. You don't manage a single detail of the coffee. That's our job. You just show your guests to the cart and let us take it from there.
